2013 Samantha Kilroy graduated from Fitness Industry Training F.I.T.
Sick of hearing people say 'I can't afford to workout' Sam decided it was time to change things up.

Siana’s qualifications include certificate 3 &4 in Fitness, Diploma in Fitness, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Cert 3 in Nutrition, Level 1 in Boxing and level 1 in ISSN Sports nutrition.
Since moving from New Zealand to Brisbane in 2015 Siana has worked very hard on her own training as well as continual learning to build her personal training business SLC Fitness Coaching. Everything Siana does is to benefit you as a client.
Siana focuses on weight lose, building muscle and educating people on the benefits of a healthy more active lifestyle.
Sam's qualifications include Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Boxing for Fitness, Nutrition for Personal Trainers, Sports Supplementation as well as ISSN sports nutrition.
Sam has always been the kid running around, jumping and skipping. After years of not knowing what she wanted to do she did a PT course and hasn't turned back.
Her fitness background includes Muay Thai Kickboxing, yoga and she has also competed in a couple of Fitness Modelling competitions.
Sam specialises in weight loss training, building lean muscle and educating her clients to live a healthy lifestyle.
